From a Vague Request to a Clean Requisition
The requester writes the way they talk on site. The agent narrows a vague request down to the exact SKU, flags a duplicate that was already raised for the project that day, catches a quantity that does not add up, pins down an exact delivery date, and only then writes the requisition into Priority.
Catalog and Packaging Intelligence
The agent is trained on thousands of examples per SKU, so it recognises the professional slang crews actually use on site, across catalogs running into thousands of products. It tolerates typos and mis-heard words, and when a request is too broad to be safe it lists the matching items and asks which one you meant instead of guessing.
Requisitions Native to Priority
Requisitions are opened directly in Priority, with the project, required dates, and notes filled in. The agent also reads existing requisitions and reports their status back to the requester, and when someone is assigned to several projects it asks which one the request belongs to before anything is created.
Approval Rounds and Control
Every requisition is read back to the requester line by line before it is submitted, and each user only sees what their permissions allow. The agent checks each request against what is already open, so the same item raised twice in a day for one project is flagged rather than ordered twice, and a quantity that does not match the split you asked for is questioned before anything is created. From there it moves into your approval rounds and organisational roles.
